Franks And Toms were appointed for RIBA stages 4-7. The work scope was to take the initial planning drawings and develop them for construction. The overall scheme was for extensive refurbishment, extension and internal alterations to form a multi use space with full disabled access for all to use the facilities.

LLANRUMNEY HALL COMMUNITY TRUST

Franks and Toms Architects have provided Architectural Services for various projects for the Trust beginning with the extensive repair and refurbishment of the Hall. This included an extension for a Creche and works to provide the new Cafe and various further activities. With it’s history, a very interesting and diverse project.

The latest project for the Trust was the addition of a Wellbeing Centre. Franks And Toms were pleased to provide ongoing Architectural Services

Franks And Toms were appointed for RIBA stages 0-7. The work scope was to take the initial Clients brief, obtain Planning Permission and take the project through from inception to completion. The overall scheme was for extensive refurbishment, with external and internal alterations to form a more attractive multi use space for the local community. Finished to a great standard by Willis Construction.
