What We Do
We offer a full range of design services, working across multiple sectors in
Architecture specialising in Retail, Leisure and Residential. We provide a high quality one stop consultancy service to our clients, with a good cross-section of experience and expertise in all aspects of Architectural and Construction Development, Design Coordination and Project Management. Our goal is to strive through excellent design and delivery to provide our clients with full satisfaction and professionalism.
CDM
As Principle Designer on many schemes we appoint Will McGinley for all CDM services. Will was involved with the five restaurants at the INTU Shopping Centre in Bromley and the development of the Principality Building Societies Head Office.
Design Management
On various schemes we are appointed as Design Managers by the main contractor and base ourselves, full time on site. We work in conjunction with the construction team are involved with the design coordination of the principle consultants and sub-contractors
Surveyors
On many refurbishment schemes we require full measured and topographical surveys of the site. We are currently involved with the ‘Special Contracts Team’ at Co-op and all the developments require full surveys. We work in conjunction with Gwalia Surveys who have offices in Cardiff and Neath.
Architects
All Architectural design work is dealt with directly by Owen Toms. We are honoured to be involved with Principality Building Society and recently designed the new reception area and Coffee Shop at the PBS Head Office in Cardiff.
